Research

My research asks a narrow, physical question: what does needling actually do to tissue, and why. The work sits in trigger point physiology, dry needling mechanism, and pelvic floor dysfunction, and it increasingly reaches into the nerve-and-reflex basis of pain. It is meant to give clinicians something they can measure and defend, not just repeat.
